ü  Tutors/Educators Have the Right To:

o   Set their own rates and service terms

o   Request payment through LearnPTL's protected system

o   Receive professional conduct from students/parents

o   Decline service requests that violate their policies

o   Showcase verified credentials on their profile

Ø  LearnPTL website and its Organisation’s Rights

 

ü  Platform Management Rights

o   Verify/remove user accounts that provide false information

o   Modify service fees or platform features with 30 days' notice

o   Terminate accounts for policy violations without refund

o   Mediate disputes only for platform-processed payments

ü  Content Rights

o   Remove inappropriate content or misleading profiles

o   Use anonymized data for service improvement

o   Display tutor profiles in search engine results (excluding private data)

ü  Legal Protection Rights

User-generated profiles, reviews, and communications reflect individual opinions. We do not endorse or verify all content and disclaim liability for its accuracy.

Ø  Academic Integrity
Users must comply with their institution's honour codes. We prohibit cheating, plagiarism, or fraudulent activity. Violations may result in account termination.

Ø  Technical Limitations
